IDPH Approved Swimming Facility Contractor

In 2014 a law went into effect in the State of Illinois that now requires all Engineers, Architects and Contractors to be pre-qualified and approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health if they want to continue doing business in the commercial/public swimming pool market.
This law is to ensure that work being performed on commercial swimming pools is of the highest quality.  Clearview Pools Inc. is one of only a small number of contractors that have been pre-qualifed to date by the State of Illinois and we work closely with an approved Architect that has also been pre-qualifed by the State of Illinois.  Without this qualification, the Illinois Department of Public Health will begin rejecting permit applications and drawings.
